Ta Danado Jiu Jitsu was built with one goal in mind: to give our students powerful life skills - gratitude, respect, discipline and self-confidence. 

Whether you're brand new to martial arts or looking to sharpen advanced techniques, our structured classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

We specialize in beginner-friendly martial arts instruction as well as advanced training for self-defense, fitness, and competition. Our experienced coaches provide high-quality instruction in a supportive team atmosphere, helping you build confidence, improve physical conditioning, and master effective techniques.

We offer fun, high-energy classes for kids and adults, building focus, confidence, and respect through Jiu Jitsu and cardio kickboxing. Whether you’re new to martial arts or looking to advance your skills, our supportive community is here to help you grow. Following international training standards, we prepare our students to perform their best—both on the mat and in global Jiu Jitsu competitions.

Mini Ronin class

A Play centered jiu jitsu class that increases children focus, discipline, respect and compassion towards others. It's an invaluable gift you can give to your little ones. Our program puts them at ease first with games and fun while gradually introducing the martial art aspect.

Kids Jiu Jitsu: Little Warrior/Young Samurai

Our Kids program focuses on grappling, and movement skills through fun, structured classes that build confidence and discipline. They’ll develop coordination, focus, and respect while practicing techniques like takedowns, escapes, and submissions in a safe, supportive environment. Our goal is to help kids grow stronger—both on the mat and in everyday life

Adult Jiu Jitsu

Learn from former UFC fighter and 4th degree black belt Sensei Carlos Rocha alongside a team of accomplished black belts and experienced instructors. Both gi and no-gi classes teach practical self-defense techniques, takedowns, positional control, and submissions through structured drills and live sparring. Learn classic and modern Jiu Jitsu techniques and variations in a supportive and respectful environment.

Cardio Kickboxing

Our cardio kickboxing classes combine martial arts-inspired moves with fast-paced cardio for a full-body workout. You’ll build strength, improve balance, sharpen reflexes, and develop striking skills like punches, kicks, and knee strikes. Each class is designed to boost endurance, burn fat, and increase confidence—no experience needed!

Women's Program

Our women’s program is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels who want to build strength, learn practical self-defense, and boost their confidence in a supportive, female-focused environment. Each class blends the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with functional fitness and real-world defense techniques, ensuring you not only get an incredible workout but also develop skills you can count on. Led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of women in training, you’ll find a welcoming community that motivates and challenges you to reach your goals
